Banana Bread: Successful (finally)

I’ve been wanting to make this for the last week, but fate has been set against me:

Firstly we ran out of milk

Then we ran out of eggs

Then the banana’s went too bad so I had to chuck them

Then I went to get eggs but the corner shop didn’t have any

Yesterday I got eggs but forgot about it until 11:30pm and then realised we didn’t have any weighing scales.

So out of frustration I did it by “yea, that looks about right” instead.

For a first effort in… 3 years it turned out OK, although I don’t think I used enough sugar but it’s still very edible.
